Center for Intellectual Property x Innovation Policy (C-IP2)

From 2012-2025, the Antonin Scalia Law School was the home of the Center for Intellectual Property x Innovation Policy (C-IP2). Originally named the Center for the Protection of Intellectual Property, it was founded by Professor Adam Mossoff and Professor Mark F. Schultz for the scholarly analysis of intellectual property rights and the technological, commercial, and creative innovation they facilitate.

C-IP2 scholars and fellows contributed to rigorous, independent, and comprehensive academic research in the field of intellectual property. Consult the links below for an archive of the Center’s blog posts and scholarship.
