Scalia Law Alum Todd Mihill Cited in Report to Congress

 

A report to Congress from the Reentry Coordination Council cited a blog post by Scalia Law alum and former Mason Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic (“M-VETS”) student advisor Todd Mihill. Mr. Mihill's cited post (“Marijuana Discharges: A Level Playing Field?”) was mentioned in the report’s discussion of veteran-specific reentry barriers concerning veterans who are not eligible for Department of Veterans Affairs services due to their discharge characterizations being dishonorable, bad conduct, or other than honorable.
