Professor Donald Kochan to Testify Before House Subcommittee

Professor Donald Kochan testified before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property, and the Internet in a hearing titled, “The U.S. Intellectual Property System and the Impact of Litigation Financed by Third-Party Investors and Foreign Entities.” The hearing took place on Wednesday, June 12th. Professor Kochan was joined by Paul Taylor, a visiting fellow at the law school’s National Security Institute.
