Law & Economics Center Civil Justice Review of Supreme Court's 2022 Term
On September 16, the Law School's Law & Economics Center held a webinar exploring civil justice issues in the US Supreme Court’s October Term 2022. With the Court starting to hear cases for the upcoming year on October 3, the LEC invited a balanced panel of experts to preview some of the most interesting and potentially consequential cases for the coming year. In particular, panelists examined the civil justice-related cases on the docket, the cases where economic analysis is at play, and those cases likely to have the most substantial economic impact.
