Ms. Alexandra Wolff (J.D. 2015) has joined Rivkin Radler as an associate in the firm’s Uniondale office. Alexandra joins the Insurance Fraud Practice Group where she helps insurers prosecute civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clinics, attorneys, public adjusters, and others involved in complex, large-scale insurance fraud schemes.
