Mr. Andrew Oltmans (J.D. 2004) has been promoted to Managing Director at Palq IP, a new IP consulting firm affiliated with Saxton & Stump (Lancaster, PA). Andrew is the chair of Saxton & Stump’s Intellectual Property group, where he counsels clients in all aspects of intellectual property.
