Leadership Library Database Helpful for Job Searches

The law library recently acquired the Leadership Library database, which is the online verison of the popular Yellow Books. The Leadership Library is a vast directory including contact information for people in leadership positions in all three branches of government at the federal, state, and local levels. The Leadership Library also includes contact information for people in leadership positions in corporations, finance, media, associations, non-profits, law firms, and government and foreign affairs offices. Online access provides searchability that is unavailable in the print format. For example, the online Leadership Library will allow you to search for contacts within a particular agency who are graduates of GMU Law. To access the Leadership Library database, go to the library’s home page and select “Law-Related Databases”: http://www.law.gmu.edu/library/catalog. Once you graduate, you will be able to use the database from public computer terminals in the law library and the career services office. Feel free to stop by the reference desk in the library for a demonstration.
