Scalia Law Retains Full ABA Accreditation

The American Bar Association has notified the law school that it has retained full accreditation following the ABA’s regular site inspection in the fall of 2022.

In December 2023, as previously reported, the American Bar Association issued a Notice of Substantial Noncompliance regarding Scalia Law School’s current and anticipated financial resources absent additional information. After its February meeting, on March 11, 2024, the ABA informed the law school that it is now in compliance with all standards regarding financial resources, issuing a Notice of Compliance. As a result, Scalia Law remains a fully accredited law school under ABA standards.
